The role:

Hain Daniels are currently recruiting for a Commercial Analyst to provide financial and commercial decision-making support to the sales and marketing teams across all channels. The role reports into the Market, Strategy and Planning Controller and is a great chance to develop business-partnering skills through impactful analysis.

We are looking for a capable individual, ideally with FMCG or Retail experience and a demonstrable record of adding value through analysis and business decision support. The individual must be adaptable and happy with working in a very changeable environment (new systems implementation etc.) with a relatively new team 

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Working with the MS&P Controller, support the effective running of  Hain Daniels’ on-going Promotional Strategy and Review program – PLASMA (Promotion Learnings, Approvals, Strategy, Meeting & Actions7
  • Support internal commercial teams with insight and modelling capability

What you will need for the role / what it will take:

  •  Degree educated. Highly numerate. Ideally working towards CIMA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent).
  • 2-4 years working in industry (FMCG ideal but not essential)
  • Ideally, experience of Business Information database / reporting platforms (such as Tableau, Qlikview, Power BI)
