The Role
Hain Daniels in Fakenham are currently recruiting for a Skilled Production Operative. Fakenham is our dedicated Meat Free facility, producing vegetarian products under the Linda McCartney Foods brand and retail own label.
Shifts are Monday to Thursday working 6pm to 6am.
Skilled Technicians are required to support the Production Shift Manager and Team Leaders in driving good Safety and Quality standards as well as Production Efficiency ensure a Continuous Improvement Culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Standard Work - Follow the specific standard operating procedures to convert raw material into finished product.
- Machine Operations - Operate a production line to the defined recipe standard.
- Process Control - Execute timely paperwork checks for the production area.
- Food Safety - Maintain production area to the designated good manufacturing processes.
- Health & Safety - Complete daily shift start up checks.
- Reporting - Identify and escalate any process concerns.
