We are looking for a commercially focused and results-driven Customer Manager (Online) to join our dynamic Sales team. This is a home-based role with regular UK-wide travel to Hain sites and customer offices.

You will be directly managing online-only retail customers and helping to shape and implement best practices for Clicks and Mortar customers—those with both physical and digital presence. Your key focus will be to drive sales, profit, distribution, and visibility within your customer portfolio, achieving and exceeding set targets and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Lead the commercial relationship for key online retailers, managing performance across Hain brands and Own Label products.

  • Sales Growth: Drive sustainable and profitable growth through effective customer planning, promotional execution, and business development.

  • Strategic Planning: Build annual customer plans aligned to our business strategy and update quarterly.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Category, NPD, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance teams to deliver seamless execution.

  • Forecasting & Analysis: Deliver robust forecasting and performance reporting, sharing insights and ensuring financial accuracy.

  • Negotiation: Lead annual terms discussions, CPI negotiations, new listings, and promotional planning.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience:

    • At least 2 years working with online retail customers.

    • Background in FMCG sales (Blue Chip experience preferred).

    • Proven track record managing JBPs and promotional spend.

    • Experience in chilled and ambient/frozen categories is a plus.

  • Skills & Attributes:

    • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation ability.

    • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.

    • High competency with Excel and PowerPoint.

    • Proficient in key frameworks: Absolute Clarity, Selling with Impact, and Ninja Negotiation.
