At Hain Celestial we are looking for a Marketing Manager, Communications to lead the brand communications strategy for our Snacks & Meal Prep portfolio - home to some of the UK’s most loved brands, including Hartley’s, Sun-Pat, New Covent Garden, Cully & Sully, and Yorkshire Provender.  This is a Hybrid, homebased role with 2-3 days per week in our Central London Office.

In this pivotal role, you’ll devise and deliver the UK communications strategy and annual activation plans, driving awareness, relevance, and action across all consumer touchpoints. You’ll champion creative excellence, lead agency partnerships, and bring breakthrough brand campaigns to life that both inspire consumers and deliver tangible business results.

This is a role for a strategic, original thinker - someone who combines creativity with commercial acumen, thrives on collaboration, and can balance the art of storytelling with the science of marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Communications Planning

  • Create compelling 18-month strategic communication plans for the Snacks & Meal Prep portfolios.

  • Translate insight and data into actionable plans that build brand equity and drive growth.

  • Ensure communication strategies are fully aligned with business objectives and marketing goals.

  • Champion thought leadership and innovation through pioneering campaigns.

Campaign Development & Activation

  • Lead development and execution of brand campaigns across all touchpoints.

  • Deliver inspiring consumer communications that drive awareness, engagement, and sales.

  • Prioritise communications and resources for maximum ROI and impact.

  • Live and breathe the activation plan — ensuring it energises both internal teams and partners.

  • Oversee campaign critical paths to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

Agency Leadership

  • Manage strategic partnerships with creative, media, and PR agencies.

  • Ensure alignment on KPIs, creative direction, and quality of output.

  • Maintain high standards of briefing to attract and retain top creative talent.

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships that drive innovation and performance.

Budget Management & Effectiveness

  • Oversee a $3–5M communications budget.

  • Manage spend efficiently, aiming for non-working media below 20%.

  • Implement a test-and-learn approach to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

  • Analyse and share insights on campaign performance and media ROI.

About You

You’re a strategic marketer and communicator who can see both the big picture and the fine details. You combine creative instinct with analytical thinking and thrive in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

You’ll need:

  • Strong brand and consumer understanding, ideally in FMCG.

  • Experience in developing and leading integrated communication strategies.

  • Proven success in managing agencies and driving creative excellence.

  • Budget management experience with a focus on ROI and efficiency.

  • Strong organisational, project management, and influencing skills.

  • Ability to translate complex insights into clear, actionable plans.

  • Passion, agility, and a genuine enthusiasm for building brands that make a difference.
