We are now looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Sales Admin Support to join our commercial team on a fixed-term contract. This is a home-based role with the flexibility and expectation to travel to customer sites and Hain offices/factories across the UK when required.
This role plays a key part in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our commercial operations, with a primary focus on the Tesco account. You’ll work closely with Customer Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate administration, strong data management, and seamless execution of promotional and sales activities.

What You’ll Be Doing
Administration & Commercial Support (60%)
- Maintain and update internal and customer systems (including Tesco systems)
- Manage volume forecasts, promotional loading, accruals, and price file alignment
- Create and manage new line forms across Hain and customer systems
- Support the commercial team with reporting, data entry, system checks, and meeting preparation
- Ensure all systems are kept accurate and up to date
Data Analysis (20%)
- Analyse EPOS data to track performance and identify trends
- Support insight generation to help drive account performance
Cross-Functional Support (20%)
- Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Category, Finance, and Logistics
- Support NPD processes and shopper activation administration
- Assist with forecasting to ensure smooth product supply
- Collaborate with account managers on key commercial initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Qualifications
- A Levels required (degree preferred)
- Experience in a commercial, retail, or administrative support role
- FMCG or grocery experience is advantageous
- Experience using Tesco systems (e.g. Tesco Connect, Product Hub, Promo Planner, Core Connect) is highly desirable

Additional Information
- Home-based role with regular travel to customer sites and Hain locations across the UK
- Occasional overnight stays may be required
- Reports to: Tesco Customer Manager
- No direct line management responsibility
