Warehouse Operative (Night Shift)

Location: Clitheroe, Lancashire, UK
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Shift: Night Shift (10:00pm – 6:00am)

About the Role

Farmhouse Fare is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our night shift team in Clitheroe. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced warehouse environment, supporting the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload deliveries, checking and verifying incoming stock
• Replenish inventory by restocking shelves and storage areas
• Ensure goods are stored safely and in line with health & safety regulations
• Deliver materials to production areas as required
• Accurately record stock levels and carry out regular inventory checks
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks
• Support other warehouse duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Valid forklift and reach truck licence (essential)
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Good numerical and literacy skills (accurate data recording is a strong advantage)
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving heavy loads
• Flexible approach to working hours, including overtime when required
