Customer Supply Chain Administrator
📍 Location: Peterborough (Hybrid) | 🕒 Full-time

Do you thrive on delivering outstanding customer service and making operations run smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for a Customer Supply Chain Administrator to join our dedicated team in Peterborough and play a vital role in ensuring every customer interaction is seamless, efficient, and above expectations.

As a key member of our Customer Service team, you’ll act as the go-to contact for our customers — providing clear, timely updates on orders and stock, and helping resolve queries with professionalism and care. You’ll also support internal teams by managing order data, updating our ERP system, and producing accurate reports to help operations run like clockwork.

This is a role for someone who’s detail-focused, organised, and passionate about delivering top-tier service in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Respond to customer queries about orders, deliveries, and returns via email and phone

  • Proactively communicate order changes, stock shortages, and delivery updates

  • Collaborate with logistics, commercial, and accounts teams to resolve customer issues

  • Process orders and amendments in our ERP system (M3), ensuring accuracy at every stage

  • Generate and maintain clear, timely reports on stock and order status

  • Investigate and resolve complaints, aiming for fast, customer-friendly outcomes

  • Contribute to strategic customer projects, helping drive improvements and create value

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a customer service role

  • Experience working with ERP systems (ideally M3 or similar)

  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and terminology

  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills

  • High attention to detail and confident with Excel

  • A customer-first mindset — always looking to go the extra mile

  • Ability to work independently, manage your time and priorities effectively

  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (grade C/4 or above)

  • Further training in customer service, supply chain, or business is a plus
