About the Role

We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially driven International Account Manager to join our team at Ella’s Kitchen, part of Hain Celestial. In this exciting role, you’ll lead and manage a portfolio of international distributor markets—likely including Benelux and other key Western European territories—to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

As the bridge between Ella’s Kitchen and our international partners, you’ll inspire and empower distributors to live our brand values, execute winning commercial plans, and bring Ella’s mission to life around the world.

You’ll shape and deliver our international growth ambitions by developing tailored route-to-market strategies, managing budgets and product ranges, and uncovering new opportunities through deep market understanding.

You’ll also play a pivotal role in shaping our International Baby Strategy—helping to bring Ella’s Baby Brands to more families globally.

What You’ll Do

Commercial Leadership

  • Act as the market and distributor expert, understanding local customers, shoppers, and trends.

  • Manage customer P&Ls and budgets to achieve commercial targets.

  • Present clear, strategic recommendations on market priorities and opportunities.

  • Lead cross-functional projects to ensure on-time delivery and effective collaboration.

Customer Management

  • Negotiate and agree sales and investment budgets aligned with growth targets.

  • Build inspiring annual commercial plans that motivate customers and delight consumers.

  • Collaborate closely with distributors to live and breathe the Ella’s Kitchen brand and values.

  • Partner with Marketing to support commercial plans with impactful, locally relevant activation.

  • Maintain strong, transparent relationships—challenging when needed, but always constructive.

People & Culture

  • Lead by example: demonstrate expertise, curiosity, and empathy.

  • Foster a supportive, collaborative environment within the team.

  • Encourage innovation and continuous learning, sharing best practices across the business.

  • Live our values every day—internally and externally.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong experience in a commercial, customer-facing role within FMCG.

  • Proven success in international account or market management, ideally through distributors.

  • Solid understanding of export operations and international logistics.

  • Excellent commercial, analytical, and numeracy skills.

  • Outstanding relationship-building, influencing, and communication abilities.

  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong project management skills.

  • Resilience, autonomy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

  • Passion for Ella’s Kitchen’s mission: helping children develop healthy relationships with food.
