Role: Supply Chain Coordinator (Full Time / Hybrid) 

 Location: Cork, Ireland

Cully & Sully, part of The Hain Celestial Group, is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our International Supply Chain team, supporting our Ireland business and working closely with customers, suppliers, 3PL partners, and internal teams.

This is a highly visible, relationship-driven role, acting as the key link between customers and suppliers in Ireland and the wider Hain International Supply Chain. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring service excellence, driving continuous improvement, and making sure the voice of the customer shapes internal decision-making. 

As Supply Chain Coordinator, you will work across Supply Planning, Logistics, and Customer Supply Chain, becoming the primary point of contact for Irish customers and suppliers. Success in this role requires strong communication, commercial awareness, and the confidence to hold internal and external partners to account.

You’ll build trusted relationships, manage day-to-day supply chain performance, and proactively identify opportunities to improve service, cost, and efficiency across the value chain.

Key Responsibilities:  

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with customers, acting as their primary Supply Chain contact in Ireland.

  • Proactively manage all customer supply chain communications.

  • Participate in Joint Business Planning (JBP) meetings alongside Commercial teams.

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer strategies, KPIs, and supply chain priorities.

  • Manage shortages and service issues proactively, agreeing corrective actions with customers.

  • Ensure customer systems and data are accurate and up to date.

  • Identify and progress value creation and growth opportunities with customers.

  • Ensure agreed service KPIs are consistently achieved.

  • Enhance the Cully & Sully and Hain Celestial brand internally and externally.

Co-Manufacturing & Intercompany Management

  • Manage relationships with international suppliers, Co-Manufacturers, and 3PL partners.

  • Establish and lead regular operational review meetings.

  • Work closely with Supply Planning teams to confirm and execute production volumes.

  • Act as the primary Supply Chain contact for all Island of Ireland-related matters.

  • Drive clear, industry-leading communication across customers, sites, and internal teams.

Internal Alignment & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate day-to-day issue resolution across planning, logistics, and customer teams.

  • Ensure customer priorities are clearly communicated and embedded internally.

  • Align closely with Commercial teams on messaging, strategy, and growth initiatives.

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional meetings with customers and suppliers.

  • Involve internal subject matter experts to unlock value-adding opportunities.

  • Collaborate across:

    • S&OP – demand fluctuations, promotions, and key events

    • Planning – root cause analysis for shortages and forward-looking service summaries

    • Logistics – risks, constraints, and optimisation opportunities

Service Provider & Logistics Management

  • Oversee day-to-day performance of third-party warehousing and logistics providers.

  • Work with UK and EU logistics teams to optimise end-to-end supply chain performance.

  • Agree and manage volume forecasts with service providers.

  • Ensure master data, pricing, and inventory targets are aligned.

  • Monitor SLA and KPI performance, driving corrective actions where required.

  • Analyse operational performance and identify process improvement opportunities.

  • Support robust stock management and reconciliation processes.

  • Develop cost-saving and win-win initiatives with partners.

  • Manage freight forwarder relationships to ensure effective import/export operations.

  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, safety, quality, and compliance.

About You

Essential

  • A-level or degree-level education.

  • Proven experience in a similar Supply Chain / Customer Supply Chain / Logistics coordination role, ideally within FMCG.

  • Strong experience working across UK and EU supply chains.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Confident working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • High level of system and data literacy.

  • Ability to influence without authority and hold partners to account.

  • Good financial awareness and cost control capability.

Desirable

  • Experience managing 3PLs, Co-Manufacturers, and international suppliers.

  • Additional European language skills.

  • Experience driving process improvement and value chain optimisation.
